How we approach the protection of personal data on our portal

Introductory provisions

• LegalForce RAPC Worldwide P.C. (the law firm that created Trademarkia), with its registered office at 1580 West El Camino Real Mountain View California 94040, a company registered in the state of California ("Company"or "we"), as the controller, undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers in accordance with the "General Data Protection Regulation" - Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union. This "Privacy Policy" describes how we collect, process and protect the personal data of our customers when using our services ("Services"

• The publication of these principles of personal data protection on our website also fulfills the information obligations of the Company as an operator under Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR. Detailed information on the processing of personal data and the principles of personal data protection are set out in a document marked as the Code of Conduct for Personal Data Processing, which is available at the registered office of the Company or on request.

Data collection

• We only process personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our Services or if you visit and / or contact us through our website. We may process your personal data without your consent, but always in accordance with applicable law and only for the purpose of (i) directly providing the service or product (fulfillment of the contract concluded between the Company and you, and the contract is also considered actual use of a particular service, without the need to sign anything); (ii) fulfillment of legal (statutory) obligations arising for us from generally binding legal regulations; (iii) prevent threats to your rights and interests; and (iv) other processing that is demonstrably in your interest (the benefit to the client is greater than to us). With your consent, we process personal data mainly for marketing purposes, to send information about events, services and other activities, to contact the customer for market research and marketing research, to transfer personal data to third parties for targeting advertising based on user action.

Purpose of the personal data processing

• The main purpose of processing your personal data is so that we can provide you with our Services.

• We further process your personal data for the purpose of (i) optimizing, improving the quality and expanding our Services that we provide to you; (ii) granting access to our Services; (iii) paying for our Services; (iv) protect the legitimate interests of our activities or the interests of our other customers; (v) analysis of visits to our website; and (vi) marketing and / or direct marketing.

• The personal data you provide to us is only processed and used in a way that is proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected. The company does not combine personal data that has been obtained for various purposes. By filling out the relevant order form for our Services or in another provable form, you will give us your express consent to the sharing of your personal data with these persons. Your personal information will not be shared or provided to any other third party without your consent, except in the following cases: (i) when the Company is required to provide personal information in accordance with law or an order of a public authority; or (ii) if the sharing of personal data is expressly permitted by applicable law.

• The Company shall ensure that it cooperates only with persons located in countries that provide an adequate level of protection of privacy and the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals under the GDPR.

Protection of personal data

• We are committed to the secure storage of your personal data. Therefore, we have implemented adequate physical, technical and organizational measures and plans to protect and secure the collected data (which, however, do not relieve you of your obligation to take appropriate steps to secure your data, especially when transferring your data to us). The purpose of these measures is to eliminate unauthorized or illegal processing of personal data or accidental, unauthorized or illegal access, use, transfer, processing, copying, modification, loss or damage of personal data. Despite all efforts to comply with the rules set out in the relevant legislation, it is not possible to ensure the security of your personal data if it is transmitted in an insecure manner. Rights of affected parties

• You can revoke your voluntary consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to customer.service@trademarkia.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a legal basis other than consent (ie. especially if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, legal obligation or for other reasons specified in the applicable legislation).

• You have the right to provide details about the personal data we process about you and to correct or delete personal data (the right to be forgotten) or to restrict the processing of data concerning you. In order to exercise these rights, you can contact us at customer.service@trademarkia.com. However, if your requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated, we are entitled to reject the requests.

• If you feel that your data has been processed illegally, please contact us at customer.service@trademarkia.com, and we commit to resolve the issue. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to address your complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the United States.
